Oh, how I love Alice/Claire together! I daresay I’m not one for zombie/horror-ish movies, but Resident Evil sucked me right in with all those gorgeous, ass-kicking ladies around, eyeing eachother ever so wantingly. And it all started with the amazing Alice/Jill fic I’d happened upon on your LJ! I saw ‘Afterlife’ first (it’s one of the few movies which actually made me enjoy the fancy 3D effects to their full extent, went to see it twice, no less!), and it wasn’t long until I had the 3-dvd box containing the first movies lying around. Post-apocalyptia is so very enthralling and heart-wrenchingly romantic, I guess it has something to do with the desperation and harshness of that world. I cannot say how happy I am that you are providing us with even more fantastic RE fic – the atmosphere and interaction are so vivid, I can see it all happening before me as I read your expertly worded pieces of art…
I also think you’re more than right to urge us (silent) readers to comment on your work/ramblings. Seriously, it hadn’t really dawned on me before your post about all the views and hardly any comments that it must be nigh impossible for you to know how much your posts are actually appreciated when so few actually express the uplifting/broad-smile-inducing effect they have! How ungrateful of us, to not recompensate your hard work with due squee-ing and well-earned praise in the comments section! I must admit I even felt a little shame upon realizing that, and so I’ll work hard to comment as regularly as possible - the main obstacle of my non-excellent English and general perfectionism are definitely no excuse, and besides, it’s a small price to pay for the wonderful delights you throw our way ;-)
