I never really even entertained the idea that anyone actually working at Dollhouse would be an Active themselves, but now that the idea is in my head, you betcha I'll be making crazy ass theories.
This is the phase that I'm at, and it's fun. It's like the sky is the limit speculation wise.
I don't know, it just makes sense to me that they wouldn't let the Actives go after five years. I mean why would they? The Actives don't remember signing the contract, after five years they'll still be young and attractive, and giving them back their original personalities could expose the company to risk. I feel like the 5 years is an expiration date more than a contract date, and like the Dolls start to get sick and need to be put out to pasture at this time (with a new permanent personality and programed loyalty).
