they both were fluffing pillows and burrowing in for the night, so it makes no sense that they weren't expecting to wake up together.
I KNOW, I got whiplash when they woke up and were like "oh, did we fall asleep together again? Weird." And then went right back to the whole convo about what Jane was going to wear on her date. But when I watched it again, it looked to me like they didn't sleep until morning - it looked almost like they got home from work, then took a nap before the undercover thing. I kept picturing the director saying "okay, they have a few hours to kill before the date scenes in the bar. We want them to do something that SCREAMS subtext, but still have plausible deniability. I know, lets have them nap at Jane's house!"
On the other hand, them curled up with Joe Sunday on the bed was still possibly the cutest thing ever. OH! And that's the other thing that makes them look all couple-y! Babs and Helena had Dinah as their innocent-ish dependent "kid," Jane and Maura have their puppy, who looks equally comfortable with each of her "mommies." Well, and the tortise(s), but they're not as cute. xD
I'm downloading the latest one now and cursing the fact that my eyeballs haven't been able to watch it yet.
The foe-yay. Dear gawd, the foe-yay. You cannot tell me that Wells and Myka would not make a seriously hot couple. Actually, now that I think about it, this ep has the BoP vibe too - Myka as Babs, Wells as Helena, and Claudia as a punk version of Dinah. *mind wanders* Damnit, now I REALLY miss BoP.
Totally OT, but I just realized my Babs/Helena icon is missing. Bad me, must find it again. In the meantime, Kendall works. xD
