Best anime ... most gayest!
Okay, so I just got through watching the first episode of Strawberry Panic! and it the most magical, gayest anime ever. I kid you not, it is even gayer than the first couple episodes of Revoluntionary Girl Utena. *dreamy sigh* Shizuma, please be mine ... *girlish twirl*
Description: Nagisa Aoi is a first year high school student who has been sent to the Astraea Dormitory after her parents are transferred abroad. The dormitory houses girls from three different girls' schools: St. Spica's Academy, St. Le Rim Girls School and St. Miatre Girls Academy. There she meets the representative of the three girls' schools, Shizuma Hanazano, also know as the Etoile, who is beloved by all students at all schools. The two of them have an interesting first encounter and Hanazano seems to take an instant liking for Aoi.

And while I'm on the subject on anime I'll take the time to pimp Death Note as well. I watched the first episode of this series and loved it so much that I went out and bought the manga last week, and I'm already on vol. 7 of it, because it is manga crack and I can't stop reading it. This one's not so much with the gay, but it is cool as hell, and full of Prof. Moriarty/Sherlock Holmes type battles of the wit between the main characters L and Light and I totally dig it.
Description: Shinigami own notebooks called “Death Notes” which are used as killing devices. Whoever’s name they write down in a death note will die within 40 seconds. Shinigami Ryuk dropped his Death Note in the human world where it’s found by honor high school student Light. With the death note actually having directions in it for its use, Light discovers he now has the power to discreetly kill people, and with this new power he plans to change the world in his ideal world by killing off criminals. Eventually the governments of the countries around the world notice the unusual amounts of deaths of their criminals, and figure out someone is behind them, but they have no way of discovering it themselves. That’s when they hire L, a master detective, to find out who is behind the murders.

Sachiko's definitely with the touchy feely when it comes to Yumi chan though, which is not very japanese. The girl's got potential.

Actually, in my ignorance I accidently watched the first episode of season 2, instead of the first episode of season 1, and in 2x01 Yumi does indeed sleep over at Sachiko's house on an ajoining mat, and spends the whole night (presumably, at least what we see of it) staring at Sachiko adoringly. They totally would've done it, but unfortunately Sei (Rosa Gigantea) was there and Sachiko's to prim and proper to try any funny stuff under the blankets with Yumi with another person in the room ;D

She is really touchy feely with Yumi which is great because you definately get the feeling that Sachiko doesn't generally casually touch people. But she just can't keep her hands off of Yumi. Plus, I love how stoicly jealous she gets whenever Sei touches Yumi, like she's thinking "my petite soeur, my Yumi, NO TOUCHING!" lol.
The last episode of season 1 is total love, it is the cutest that ever cutest'ed (or something), especially for a Yumi/Sachiko lover.

It's really quite sweet how the girls are looking out for each other. In the first few eps, the other girls are trying to help Sachiko face her issues with her cousin and get with Yumi chan by making her jealous.
She is really touchy feely with Yumi which is great because you definately get the feeling that Sachiko doesn't generally casually touch people.
The piano duet in ep 2 where Sachiko's all over Yumi chan was like o_O. Sachiko's totally using her feminine wiles on Yumi chan to win her over.

Yeah, definitely fun to see how easy it is to make her get all jealous. And Sei's doing it all for Sachiko's own good too. Lol!

I downloaded the rest of the eps. Will probabaly be watching while jetlag's keeping me up tonight.
