Girltrash!

Exclusive to OurChart: Writer / Director Angela Robinson's hot new Pulp Fiction-style Lesbian noir! Set in the criminal underworld of Los Angeles with a dark but over-the-top Miami Vice vibe, Girltrash! follows the story of five ass-kicking girls, getting by any way they can -- even if it means double-crossing your best friend or former lover. With an amazing cast, including Jordana Brewster, comedian Margaret Cho, Mandy Musgrave and Gabrielle Christian of "South of Nowhere," and L Word Season 4 addition Rose Rollins, Girltrash is the first must-see of 2007. A gang war is brewing… and you'll be asked to pick a side. Look for new "webisodes," coming soon on OurChart.

Marianna. Kingpin. She inherited her Daddy's drug empire. Now the town is hers...

Ming-Lao. Rival Drug Lord. Her nickname is "The Widowmaker." 'Nuff said. When she challenges Marianna for control of L.A., the streets will run with blood.

Misty. Juvenile-delinquent. Rebel with a cause. Living fast and dying young.

Colby. Good girl -- or is she? Still waters run deep. She'll get caught in the undertow.

Monique. The Enforcer. Her bad side is her only side. Go ahead, see what happens if you cross her.

Jordana Brewster as a whip weilding drug lordess. Margaret Cho as her aracade game playing, tattooed nemisis. Mandy Musgrave being sexy. Gabrielle Christian thugged out, and Rose Rollins as a bad mother-shut yo mouth! Totally there.

Damn you, Chaiken. I had sworn not to have anything to do with ourchart, but once again you've lured me in with hot chicks (who better make out!).

*le sigh*

I was surprised at how effective the format has been for the-n when watching the SoN webisodes on their site. It's clearly going to catch on because it's a great way to deliver additional related media that doesn't fit in the show for various reasons.
Content quality is another matter, but think of it as drabbles. Short doesn't necessarily mean no substance, some folks manage to put plenty of substance in their drabbles.
