I was devastated last week when I heard about Brad Renfro's (I had Teen Beat posters of him all over my walls and in my agenda in HS) passing and now ... Heath too.

Damn.

I know. That's only a couple years older than I am now. It's unreal. The last time I felt this way was when Aaliyah died.

It's going to be really freaky (freakier) watching the Dark Knight now. I was so psyched for that movie, but it's going to be bittersweet now.

For me it was Aaliyah, I remember being completely shocked and devastated by that. I was in dorms then, and everyone was just crushed.

*sigh* Roar. So good. That was my first introduction to him as well. For years afterward I referred to him as Connor.

Seriously. I read this and I was like "everything is the worst". I hope its the last for a while too, back to back like this is just too much. I wasn't even over the news about Brad yet.

Man, I still can't believe it's true. I'm still not over the shock of the lost of Brad and really was hoping it was just some twisted joke. They are both so close to my age, so I kinda feel like I grew up with them.

I mean I still remember thinking how Brad was the perfect Huck and first seeing Heath in Roar. So damn young, my heart goes out to all the families.

So true. I loved Brad so much in High School. I fell in love with him in The Client, and when Tom and Huck came out I had pictures of him all over my locker and was representing for Team Renfro against Team JTT.

This is so surreal. I first heard it at work, and also thought it was a joke. He was one of my first celebrity crushes (I think I had equal crushes on him and Julia Stiles when Ten Things I Hate About You came out).

Well, he has my age...and yeah it's feels weird when people your own age die. Also it was kind of scary how fast the new was all over internet. I'll always remember him singing to Julia Stiles "I love you baby" on 10 things I hate about you. So sad.
And maybe he doesn't get an ovation on the damn Oscars on that moment of the people that passed away.
