Don't worry, you're preaching to the choir when it comes to Spike. I thought he was a great character when he was introduced as a baddie with his girl Dru, but it was all down hill after that. A part of me was always happy that Faith never became a regular on the show, because I was always afraid they would screw her up too.

So yeah, lets hope the second season isn't going to overdose on Derek. Now I wonder if this is how the Blade fans felt about Krista.

I don't know what it is about American networks that makes them cancel things that are good while like King of Queens and Reba are on for 12 years. *head scratch*
