The only times I could see the character 'Edward' and not a horrible actor doing over-the-top emoting was when he was being a cocky sonofabitch. I chalk your assesment up to being high/drunk but she's fucking kidding herself, right?!
Despite the drunk/highness I think I actually did like the performance. There were some lulzy facial expressions throughout, but given what he had to work with I thought he was pretty good. I kind of liked how awkward and creepy, and non-blinking and weirdly intense he was.
I have so much more to say but I feel like whomever might comment on your review might get pissed if I just sit and rag so I'll post my full thoughts on it later today. :)
I don't think anyone around here will tar and feather you for hating the movie/characters, I think we all do (a lot), lol. But I make sure to keep an eye out for your review.
