Lady Gaga is a good writer - whoever wrote party in the usa is... half the song is like "waving my hands like yeah" and "and then a (insert other artist whose fame she's piggybacking off of by naming them in her song) song came on"

I knew it had to be a miley cyrus song from the first time I heard it just because of those lines being in it
