Well, yeah ... except no
Just watched the trailer for Black Dahlia and it looks pretty good (and I loved the song they used to end the trailer!), plus Mia Kirshner *woot* playing a dark, tragic, messed up character so it'll be a stretch for her, lol.
But Hilary Swank is supposed to be Mia's doppleganger *windshield wipes eyes* Whaaaaaat? Seriously? Hilary Swank and Mia Kirshner?? Seriously producers, giving them both poofy hair does not a resblance make. I mean at first I just thought "maybe from a distance" but then Swank's character is all "someone who looks like me", and I was like "or at least goes to the same hairdresser".
Like I know it's obviously an important plot point, and that a certain amount of suspension of disbelief is involved in these things, but *boo* casting director *boo* ... 'cause seriously ... it's Hilary Swank and Mia Kirshner

It's like the casting director was like "They're both women, they both have heads and arms ... OMG they're like twins!"
*sigh* I'm so going to be giggling in the theatre every time someone mentions their amazing resemblance.
