I really like your characterizations here. Bo is actually acting her age and maturity level (for once!), but I like that you haven't handwaved her hurt away. You portray her as still hurt but, with a little perspective, able to think more rationally about what happened. I'm still waiting for the show to get there. Sigh.
I also like that you show that rebuilding trust is a long process--it doesn't just happen overnight. For either side.
Your Dr. Lauren is, as always,a delight. ::g:: I like that you managed to work in that Lauren hadn't been lying to Bo about helping her on the sly; I think that's important for Bo to know. I also had to eyeroll when it was clear Bo hadn't realized that the Ash wouldn't hesitate to hurt/kill Lauren--it's just so Bo to ignore the obvious fact until she can't anymore.
And the end of this fic...just guh. Guh. Lauren's confession was so damn hot.
