It's a worthy cause, and I for one applaud her for standing up for something that is so often over looked. Tall people (I'm sorry, vertically gifted people) need employment too!

Yeah, I'm beginning to think that Sci-Fi couldn't exist without Vancouver. Everything I've seen that they've produced has been shot there. I scare my friends because I'll randomly declare that movies and shows we're watching were filmed in Vancouver because I recognize "Vancouver Actor #2" and "Vacouver Actress #4".
That's probably how Kris got the Painkiller Jane job, she was there with L Word and figured she'd give it a shot.
I never thought I'd ever say this, ever in life, but 'thank goodness for The L Word' because I think that's exactly what happened.
