It's no surprise to anyone that the L-word has been going downhill.
Which is a shame since it never made it very far up the hill to begin with ;)
But as soon as Loken hopped on board, it was instantly better. But she's a limited time offer. You'd think they would take better advantage of 6 feet of pure sexy talent and have her in as many scenes as possible.
Truer words were never spoken. The Lokinator is the only reason I've been watching this show this year. Granted its not as painfully awful as it was last year, but it's not something I would willing continue to subject myself to if it wasn't for the promise of 5 feet, 11 inches or Norwegian-American gorgeousness.
Even wandering in the background for no apparent reason would suffice. And at minimum have at least 1 Loken sex scene in every episode... just because.
Oh my god, how much more tolerable would Max and Cybil scenes be if you could just concentrate on Loken in the background crossing her legs and drinking a coffee at an umbrella table in the background, or like sending a text message and brushing some hair behind her ear whenever an awkward Tina and the rest of humanity momement occurs. Brilliant!
And the sex scenes are mandatory. Kris being on top can be optional, but it must happen at least once. Also, there must be no non-nudity contract. I'm not saying I've got to see the girls every episode, but at least once is a must.
I'm going to feel like they wasted the Loken
I'm already feeling like this and somehow I don't think that feeling is going to go away. She's all I care about, and she'll probably on be on screen for like 3 minutes an episode. *le sigh*
Truly, Painkiller Jane is where the real treat will be.
