'm hoping that the knowledge of what's to come won't totally spoil the enjoyment of Cain/Gina
I think I'll be able to enjoy it for what it is. Tricia and Michelle are both great actresses and I'm sure that even knowing what's to come they'll be able to totally draw me into the relationship and concentrate on what's happening and not what will happen.
show us the grey areas in her personality.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to this. I always thought Cain got a little shortchanged in that from the moment she showed up on screen she was presented as an antagonist and was just evil after that. Michelle did a good job giving her some layers, and I want to explore those layers.
She made the character so utterly scary and totally fascinating all at the same time.
So true! I was really intrigued by Cain, and was strangely attracted to her although that probably had a lot to do with the Michelle Forbes factor, rowr. There was just something about her power and authority with that undercurrent of deep pain and something that made me want to know more about her.
It's just a pity we won't get more Cain/Starbuck subtext too.
Starbuck/Cain was delicious. I totally dug every minute they were on screen together. Yeah, it'll be a shame that that won't be developed, but at least we're getting something!
Aww, this is totally making me want to re-watch season 2!
