I was actually feeling kind of vindicated in the "they live together" department because in the TRL interview, when they're talking about the shower serenades, how else would Blake know what Leighton sings in the shower?
Other than the other awesome answer of "Blake was in the shower with Leighton", them being roommates makes sense given Leighton's question. Like it really is something that you would ask someone you were dating or living with, because they would spend enough time around you to know then answer.
I also loved that part where Blake was talking about liking to hang out on her rug, and mentioned something else, and Leighton chimed in with "It was me!". I can't remember what Blake was actually saying at the time but I remember being so amused at Leighton injecting herself into all of Blake's stories, especially the ones that involve Blake lounging on her rug.
