I'm never watching SpikeTV again, I swore that when it was canceled and I've kept my promise (so much easier than boycotting Fox which keeps on producing good things).
I haven't watched a thing on SpikeTV since. I heard that they had a Blade marathon the other week and couldn't help but think, what nerve they had. But yeah it is way easier to not watch SpikeTV than say, CBS, who I decided to boycott after they canceled Threshold (I miss having Carla Gugino on a weekly basis.) Then they had to go and make a show about vampires and win me back.
Yeah, I like Women's Murder Club, and I adore the Lyndsey/Jill and Lindsey/Cindy femslash potential. Angie Harmon may be straight, but she has WAY more chemistry with her female co-stars than her male co-stars. It's ridiculously awesome.
I'm enjoying the show a lot more than I thought I would. And I am so digging the L/J, L/C potential. Especially the L/J. I thought it was so cute how in the pilot, Lindsay had a piece of gum ready for her girl, knowing she wouldn't be able to stand the sight of a dead body.
I tried watching the pilot of Secrets of a Small Town, but there was no sound. But I definitely was getting a kick out of seeing all the familiar faces. Although, I'm bad with names so I was just like, 'oh look, it's Rufus, oh it's Nikolas Cassidine and that guy from Sydney White.' Is it wrong to laugh whenever I see Denise Richards? I just can't help it. And was there no Leighton girl/girl after all or did I just miss it?
I think you're right about the show getting old after a season. I mean what could they possibly do after they solve the mystery, have someone else get killed and start all over? The only thing that would save the show after that is some serious femslash action lol.
They're contemplating another He-Man one, yet nothing for She-Ra.
Why on earth would anyone want to do another He-Man? There's still the bad taste in my mouth from the first one. I'm not sure how they could make a She-Ra movie without screwing something up. However, wouldn't it be sweet if they casted Blake as She-Ra.
