he thing I really love about it though, is that while it was undeniably hot, underlying the entire thing was a level of tenderness and genuine love and affection that tends to really be lacking in a lot of sex scenes in fic.
That's what I love about this pairing. Their affection and love for each other is so palpable that even if they are having hot sex together you've still got to squee and it's totally romantic. PWP has its place (and I love to write that too), but romance is just so ... *sighs dreamily*
