**Breaking news** ... Leighton got a haircut!

I'm torn. Right now I'm kind of nostalgic for her old long, flowing, wavy hair ... *windblown Leighton, le sigh*

It looks really cute in the last picture and first picture though. It's not a bad haircut, I'm just gonna have to get used to it. I have quite attached to her old hair to be honest.

Just watched the new Momma Mia trailer and it looks amazing. How did I not know that Amanda Seyfried was in this movie??? I love her! I was gonna see it anyway, but I'm doubly excited for it now.

I was also really impressed by the Speed Racer trailer. I feel like I might have a seizure watching it, but it look so cool that I'm willing to chance it.

Jumper is also I movie that I will totally see. Hayden Christensen, Jamie Bell, Samuel L. Jackson and teleportation equals my butt in the theater. Rachel Bilson is in it, but I'll see it in spite of that.

Now that Cedric Diggory Robert Pattinson has been cast as Edward Cullen I have decided to (and have already started to) read Twilight. Kristen Stewart is also a plus.

The obsessive GGfangirl in me would love to this this as a vampire as well (Alice, perhaps?). Because ... *drools* ... yeah ...

And I'm spent ...

1) Squeeeeeeee! Leighton so cute!
- Speaking of Leighton, I just watched the episode of Veronica Mars season 1 where Leighton guest stars. I literally screamed and jumped out of my couch when I saw her on my screen.

2) Meryl Streep sounds awesome in that trailer. I cannot cannot wait for that movie to come out.
- I did not know Amanda Seyfried could sing! (and she is filled with awesome in Veronica Mars, too).

Oh, that's funny, because when I finally did read Twilight, I couldn't get the image of Robert Pattinson out of my head. It's so rare that someone casts my mental version of a character that I'm highly amused. I think the last time was Gwyneth Paltrow as Maude in Possession.

Me either. I picked up the book a couple of times and tried to read the first page and put it down again, but I've started reading it now and I'm starting to get invested in it. I can see how it can be crack like.

lol, I know. Squeeing and jumping is my reaction whenever I see Leighton now! I always knew there was a reason I liked that character so much, it was because I was under the spell of Meester.

I hadn't read the books before the casting, but I knew what they were about. And when I heard he was cast, I was like "that's the most perfect casting ever", it just totally seemed to fit. And reading the books now, he is the perfect Edward. *hugs Robert*

I think Leighton can pull off anything, and I do miss those longer locks, but the new cut is growing on me. I wonder if it will figure into some big plotline later on the show, or even a subtle one, you know?
