Some are complaining that she's not the unrelenting badass that she was in T2, but truthfully, you can't center a show around a character that is that hard.
Yeah, that seems a strange thing to nitpick about. Like you said, Sarah can't be *that* hard. More importantly, I think it's a continuation of who Sarah used to be. Being hard has gotten to her - it's fucked her up, it's fucked her son up and now she's stuck with the realization that, after everything she's done, it *still* might not be enough. Hell, in tonight's ep, she straight up learns it *wasn't* enough. Had Cameron not sent them to the future, both John and Sarah would be dead. Even the hardest person would crack a little under that kind of strain.
I floved her just straight up pushing Cameron out of the window and then hightailing it out of there.
Hee! That was awesome! And you know Cameron would have totally approved. If she's willing to put a cap in Enrique's ass to protect Sarah, she's down with getting pushed out a window.
The femslasher in me also loved that Cameron was following Sarah around like a little puppy.
Seriously. I was like 'um, weren't you sent back to protect *John*?' and Cam's all 'yeah, but Sarah's so much prettier! Me like the pretty.'.
John was also way more interesting, if also stupid this episode.
I'm thinking he gets the stupid from his dad. Still, I like that John is a dumb, whiny teenager who wants to be the rebellious teen but, in his heart, he's a total momma's boy because when Mom screams *move* his ass is up and running.
