Yes! This is why I like them so much. Alice managed to be comforting and protective without being overbearing, and not once did they have a conversation about how it was "too dangerous for her to be friends with Bella". Also, Alice is very dashing like Edward, what with all of her carrying of Bella (even though Jasper was always right there and could have done it).
Do Alice and Bella moments of friendship (with occasional dashing behavior) appear in the next book?
