Don't worry too much, it doesn't take up a lot of time. The whole thing is resolved by the end of the next chapter. Really, it's a launching point for some upcoming drama ;)

I'll tell you that I'm a romantic and ALL ABOUT THE BELICE, so you don't need to worry about Alice and Bella not being together and happy in the end. That is how things will wrap up. But they've just gotta go through some ups and downs and danger and plot before that happens! If it makes you feel better, I'll say that despite the ups and downs and angst and stuff, at no point in the story do they break up. THEY'RE LOVE IS PURE. Mostly it revolves around dealing with other issues *cough*EdwardJasper*cough* in their lives ;)
I hope you'll continue to read the story, and that you enjoy what's to come :D
