Victoria is a nomadic vampire that wants to kill Bella. Victoria's mate James was killed by Edward after James kidnapped Bella and tried to kill her. So now Victoria wants to kill Bella to make Edward suffer.
She hasn't gotten much coverage, but she was talked about a little bit last chapter, and she was also mentioned by Alice came back after being away (because she had been stalking Bella back then too, trying to kill her while the Cullens were gone ... but the wolves were protecting Bella from her).
