And, hopefully, her army of newborns will make an appearance. Newborns are, after all, what a vampire is supposed to be. Stronger, faster, and animalistic. And since a newborn, in SM's world, is more powerful than an older vampire, no one will notice that Edward's missing until it's all over. They'll be too busy.
