Its just so hard for Alice to concentrate on blocking Edward out when shes concentrating on loving up on her Bella.
What little blood she has in her body (yeah, I said blood, not venom, DEAL WITH IT SMeyer!) is totally not rushing to her brain at these times, so her lack of blocking is understandable, lol.
