I LOVED this detail in book 5. There's just something so amazingly lovely about Rachel being drawn to something so primal as Ivy's scent. Like it's NEED not want.
it's just a reminder of how well those two fit together.
When they're not riddled with angst (and even a lot of the time when they are) they fit together so well. They are love. I don't care how canon goes, I will never really accept either of them with someone else.
Don't even get me started on the whole Trent/Rachel "movement" that seems to be on the rise... I just don't get it!
*bangs head against desk* I know. It's SO stupid. How someone could think Trent is a better fit for Rachel than Ivy, I don't know. You'd have to be Rachel Level Dumb/In Denial to even go anywhere near that pairing. Trent is disgusting.
that she would "touch upon" the subject of Ivy's wish in the next book
Oooh, interesting. I'd actually almost forgotten about Ivy's wish, but I'm all intrigued again.
She also said that it was actually revealed in the novella "Hotter Than Hell". Now I really want to get my hands on a copy...
