I've been wondering how much they let the Dolls remember of the things they do when they are just at the Dollhouse. Echo seems comfortable enough while there, letting Topher and Claire do what they do. Makes me curious as to what stays and what goes when it comes to the memory wipes.
Can you imagine falling for someone and then making some kind of progress, only to have them not remember a thing of it later? Ugh painful. Claire is already broken too, falling for a Doll is the last thing she should do. This pairing is going to break my heart. I just know it.
Anyway, both of your Echo/Claire fics have been great. Don't stop!
