I really wondered if this is how the dolls act when they're not on a mission. Perhaps it is, but it almost seems like Echo has no character at all which is distracting. How can any lasting mature relationship be possible when she is so carefree and without any forethough. It is a good base to do character development on, though. Finding her own personality might just be what one of the major story arcs in the series is all about. I can't really wait for the next ep. :) As always, I really enjoy your writing-style. It's so effortless and fun to read.
