definitely! to be fair the other person I thought from the begining must be imprinted is the programmer guy himself (sorry name slips my mind atm). He's just way too young to have invented the thing... since it's so complex so... who did and where are they. My idea was that maybe it was an old flame of Adelle's... she recognises the potential, neatly eliminates him from the picture by wiping his brain (maybe putting him in an asylum) and imprinting his genius on a likely a-moral candidate. I guess this is kinda caus I don't like the idea that it was created FOR this... I like to think that someone did it for pure academic interest into how the mind works or something... and someone nicely crafty like Adelle saw the potential for profit.

Definitely... I could just go on and on about it (kinda already have). Sorry about that... I think I need to try and get my sister into it so I can avoid rambling philosophically all over you.
Ooh... another plus for the 'base personalities' idea is Echo being so good! as we've seen before she was a doll she wanted to be 'everything' perhaps her varied goals and open thoughts let her more easily assimilate the different personalities. So maybe the other dolls thought paths had allready hardened into certain tracks so that they cannot hold certain imprints for long, but hers weren't given any direction yet so she can easily do anything. or something.
Could be another reason for the need to retire - young people are more open to new ideas, perhaps as the actives age they loose the ability to assimilate and hold new personalities.
I write too much for one post and do I cut it down... oh no... I just make two. I ramble... It seems responding to me just makes it worse (sorry). Lol I really need an outlet for my thoughts about this show it seems.
