I think I'm going to hold off on reading the book for a while if not forever so that I can hold onto this fondness I have for the characters at the moment for a while longer.
If that's what it takes for you to continue writing my beloved Ravy, then by the gods DO IT!
How about to stop reading them until a book where Ravy happens comes out? (which may be never, I know *sigh*) That's what I did, I stopped reading after the fourth book, and go through canon by the fandom, recaps, etc. For me canon is pretty much fanfiction LOL
Believe me, it makes the canon a lot more tolerable and even a lot likable.
