Oh man, the *only* bad thing about this is going to be tuning in on Sunday night and realizing this ISN'T CANON!!
IKR! *sobs* This will be my personal canon forever, but tv has beaten me down enough that I don't actually think a past sexual relationship will be revealed on the show, no matter how much I want it, or how much it makes sense given what we've seen. *sigh*
I just love the idea of Devon being this constant temptation in Claire's life and Claire not being able to resist no matter how hard she tries.
Mm, the allure of the forbidden fruit, and Devon is so effing alluring.
That, beneath Devon's 'power slut' (heh) persona, there's the hint that she actually needs Claire!
It's the slight hint of feelings beneath Devon's smirky surface that makes me so attached to her, so I really hope they don't make her completely evil. I really hope there is a reveal that she and Claire used to be friends (at the very least) and that Devon still does have tender feeling for her.
*sigh* If not, I guess that's what personal canon is for.
Damn, I can't wait for tomorrow. These two have got their hooks in my now, lol
