Pete: I was playing Frogger when you were just a tadpole.

I love that Pete has consistently been portrayed as a boob man.

JOANNE IS AN AMAZON WARRIOR!  She was almost too tall to fit in frame!  RAWR FOREVER!

Loved the music during the big fight scene.  It was perfect.

Fargo:  Ahh, she's back!

OMG MYKA AND PETE WERE SO ADORKABLY CHEESY DURING CLAUDIA'S PERFORMANCE.

Myka's costume reminded me a lot of Bianca, but that might have just been the black, revealing leather. The game thingy was cool, but the way they shaded everything sort of irked me. I didn't get as immersed as I usually did because it felt like they were trying to make one of those live-comic things.

Myka should don that Amazon Princess gear and go bust HG out Xena-style.

This was probably my favorite non-HG related episode so far. And if I wasn't a Myka/Claudia shipper before, this certainly pointed me in the right direction. Myka saved Claudia! MYKA SAVED CLAUDIA!! And, sure, Claudia probably could have used a hug after wards but I'll settle for a Myka shoulder touch.

Oh, and I'm seriously, *seriously* starting to get a crush on Pete this season.

Every damn WORD of what you said. They kept Fargo's annoyance to a bearable minimum, and I'd totally act like Pete if I was confronted with Leena's *ahem* "wings"!

And even though it jarred me, I did like the contrast between the tone of the episode in general, to where we hit Claudia's fear. Shit just got real! That was freaky, and scary, and I wanted to hug poor Claudia for having had to go through it.

The shading did bother me at first, but I kind of got used to it. I think that was the budget restraining the effects, but yeah it could definitely have looked better.

Totally. They really stepped up their game for this post-H.G episode. I really, really liked it! I've actually found this season to be really good so far, but this episode took the cake.

And I'm not even a Myka/Claudia shipper, but as soon as Myka showed up I was like, "Okay, go comfort her now. A hug would not be inappropriate." Though Myka's concerned face and a should squeeze wroked too. Joanne's balance was probably precarious in those boots and she couldn't risk bending over far enough to hug Claudielf, lol

And I am LOVING Pete this season! I don't know if I would want to date Pete, but I definitely want to hang out with him. This is totally the season of Pete. I think a perfect balance has been struck with him this season (finally!).

Aside from Myka being hella-hot and beyond awesome this show is just a lot of fun! I like that some of the writing references things I remember and relate to (which leads me to believe they're older, er, seasoned! I like that too) and that they have unlimited resources for artifacts since anything in history is game. Awesome! Literature, music, art, religion, geography, swords, HG, I think I'm just a big ole nerd for this show!
