LOL, I didn't put it together after Bo's comment so I was all like, "OH SHIT, OH SHIT!" when it happened.
As for the dolls, I think that the Lich was giving them his chi in order to animate them, so Bo really just drained the Lich's chi out of them (not their own).
Kenzi never mentioned to the daughter who she belonged to when she brought it up so I think the blonde just assumed she was Hale's. Hale never would have actually been able to sell her though, and if he had Bo would have been able to just get her back. He was just being 'amusing' lol
