I thought Alice's intro was pretty funny too. With Burt and the kids sitting around staring at a blank tv. I found Burt especially to be too funny, in a really creepy way. What did Alice do to those poor people, lol.
And yeah, I liked Skips intro ('Touche your highness' LOL) but we had so much time with Skip and the twins that we didn't really need two introductions. However, their poor, poor mother. I felt SO sorry for that woman.
Ah, Famke Janssen... there should have been much more of the tall one.
The tall one is the sex. Go tall girls (I'm Famke's height myself)! Though speaking of Famke's height I found it hilarious when the gradmother was talking about Famke being the only one who was her size, lol. Famke loomed over Piper Laurie like a grown adult over a 5 year old!
But yeah, more Judy would've been cool. I kept looking for her to pop up in scenes but she didn't. I thought Famke did a really good job reacting to all of the shenanigans that went on it that house. Her expression in particular when Piper Laurie when to touch her on the porch, and when Hank Azaria was doing with Death of a Saleman speech and started yelling at her, and she backed away and gave him the most offended look ever, cracked me up. She's awesome (and diverse. I'd just gotten through watching her on Nip/Tuck when I watched this again, and I didn't think about Ava Moore once - and I loved me some evil, amoral Ava Moore!)
I just may have to re-watch to see if she really was checking out Starbuck during the punch bag scene. But then who could blame her?
Do it, it's totally worth it. Plus it's Lucy and Katee in a sports bra, you can't go wrong. Watch the progression of her expressions. It's like first she's checking her out, then she gets serious, like she's considering whether or not it would be appropriate for her to just drop Starbuck and take her right there, and then I think she decides on finding Starbuck later and tapping that then.
