Just got back from seeing M1: 3 and the breaking news is Maggie Q is hawt ya'll.

The movie was pretty good, in the beginning especially it had a very 'Alias' vibe to it, which was not surprising. The early scenes of Hunt's home life reminded me very much of season one when Sydney had a life outside of APO and friends and whatnot. I had delightful flash back to Francie's party celebrating her new restuarant.
I liked the new members of the team, Zhen (obviously) and Declan (Johnathon Rys Meyers who was very charming and PRETTY!)

Michelle Monaghan was cute, but looked disturbing like Katie Holmes at times which kind of creeped me out. Keri Russell, whom I'm normally fairly ambivelant to, was also very good and Sydney-esque. And of course Phillip Seymour Hoffman rocked the casbah and showed himself to be surprising spry as well! And because I hate Tom Cruise I had fun cheering for him when he was beating him up, threatening him, making him cry and otherwise mocking him. Ethan Hunt doesn't deserve pain, but because Tom plays him I cheer when he suffers.
A bit long, but overall an enjoyable film.
