Oooh, thanks for the link. I've checked out the community before but didn't join for some reason so I've missed out on the icony goodness.

And I totally agree about the colour scheme. It's very dramatic and fits in with the show well, but after a couple of posts my eyes start to feel like they're bleeding.

That post is mint. I saw it earlier which is where I got my Charlotte survives the plane crash and apparently gets thrown into a cage somehow spoiler pics, and all of the new icons are actually from pictures I found through that post. Thanks for the rec though, that post is great for though with Blade on the brain, lol.

Hey, if Chase can survive being in the middle of a bomb blast, then Charlotte better survive a pesky plane crash. Though it is surprising that she looks that good.

I kinda wonder who is going to eventually take Charlotte out. I mean, I'd love to see her in a fight scene but it seems that her bodyguard is there for that. And would they really have somebody kill her without a fight scene? After all she still looks like a little girl. Oh wait, this is Blade The Series, so whatever I'm imagining, they will probably go there :D

I still don't really get why Blade even wants to go and find Charlotte's plane. Especially since his sword was probably the thing that blew up, what does Charlotte have that he could want?

So true. Hell maybe they have parachutes and Charlotte and Lurch are like "Smell you later, bitches!" as soon as they hear the ticking and get the hell outta dodge (and by dodge I mean the fiery tin can of death plummeting towards the ground).

Though it is surprising that she looks that good.

But, but thelana her hair is tussled, tussled I say when she is in that cage! Clearly she had been through a great drama. Hee, I think Charlotte's power might reside in her comb.

Yeah, before they made it clear that purebloods didn't have extra strength I had hoped to see like a superstrong Charlotte slap Marcus around like a little bitch, but she couldn't possibly handle an adult male vampire. She could probably take out a human male no problem, but Lurch is definately there to handle the vampire threats (which seems like a good things since Blade is totally going apeshit all over his ass in those pictures).

And would they really have somebody kill her without a fight scene? After all she still looks like a little girl. Oh wait, this is Blade The Series, so whatever I'm imagining, they will probably go there :D

Oh, I think they would totally go there. They'd probably even have Blade taunt her before ashing her (which is why I love this show). I hope they don't kill her off too soon. Emily Hurst is great, and Charlotte is so delightfully creepy. She's an interesting and popular character they should at least keep her around for another season. After that they'd probably have to get rid of her because the actress will have grown too much (hell I already think I saw a growth spurt this episode, but I'm willing to overlook to have one more season of Charlotte).

Though Blade telling her everything he knows about Marcus and letting her loose on Marcus (in the hope that they destroy each other) would be fun. But it doesn't really gel with the info about there being a big Blade/Marcus fight in the finale.

Dah, I'm still rooting for Marcus to die or be long term incapacitated so Chase takes over Cthon. Because I can honestly only imagine a Cthon/Leichen war if Chase was in charge rather than Marcus.

The problem is, with the plane blowing up, Charlotte knows that Chase betrayed her, so why would she let Chase be in charge of Cthon?

Alas, I'm getting ahead of myself with all the wishful thinking :)

No actually, I'm fairly sure Charlotte's on a stair case because judging from the preview and pictures I think she attacks Agent Collins after his mini-fright! when he sees her.

Stairs! Stairs! Never even entered by my mind but stairs would make more sense than a cage (cool as that would be). The pic where her hair is all messed up is probably after the Collins fight when she's watching Blade and Lurch fight which is why she looks worried (cause if Lurch looses Blade is coming for her baby eating ass next).

Hopefully Charlotte makes it out alive this episode (and really all the episodes after). I don't think she stuck around after attacking Collins. She probably was only able to suck his blood because he was like, "Oh little innocent child! I will protect you from the harsh realities of the world!" And she was like, "Big baby!" Suck, suck, suck. Blade on the other hand, wouldn't let her get away with that kind of shit. In fact, he'd probably be more likely to put her in a cage and let Shen poke her with sticks and feed her applesauce (if he decided not to stake her on the spot).

Also, I've decided to ignore all signs and any logical judgment to say that by the end of this season that Chase betrays Marcus. Because even though Chase should gete the Uber-lackey of the Year Award for serving Marcus I think her Marcus! love is inferior to her Frederick! hate. That seems like the only reason Chase would betray Marcus.

I'm guessing what won't happen but I really want to happen is that after Charlotte's death (which I really, really, really don't want - maybe they could forgo that one) Marcus will try to take the reign and Chase says, "Oh hell to the no!" and stakes him herself because she wants free reign to kick Frederick in the nuts. Then Krista has to flee to House of Leichen because she thinks Chase wants to ash her too (but in reality Chase wants Krista to stay because she wants to have one-on-one girly time with her). Then the House of Leichen and Chthon war ensues for season 2.

Damn, Wednesday is so far away that my wild speculations are in overdrive, unfortunately you got the grunt of them.

I love those little dots on her cheek. They remind me of one of my first girlcrushes. Some tv show about an alien girl (with three dots on her cheek) coming to live with a family and evil scientists hunt her of something. I don't think I remember anything about that show except those dots and that she saved herself with the help of an automated toycar to get a message out. And of course Dax from DS9. *wallows in fond memories*

Can't say I remember that show, but that last sentence is awesome. Sounds like something that would've been made in the 80s/90s. I can see the bad clothes, hair and music in my head.

Also, I love you forever for posting Dax/Lenara pictures. I loved them so much in that episode, Susanna Thompson and Terry Farrell had such mad chemistry together. So, so bitter about the contrived ass way they got rid of the character *note to self, watch 'Rejoined' again*

Plus, Susanna Thompson played Evan Rachel Woods mother on Once and Again, and ERW looks like Charlotte, so ST is totally cast as Charlotte's mom in fantasy world now!

Yeah, must have been late 80s/early 90s and it probably was way worse than I remember (and again, the only thing I remember are those dots and how in love with them I was and how I wanted them for myself).

My femslash sensibilities usually aren't particularly developed (like my boyslash or het pairings probably vastly outnumber by femslash pairings; and the ones I like are usually the cutie cutsey kind), but that was just one great episode. It totally hit my tragic torrid angst buttons way hard. Loved it, loved it, loved it. And totally spend oodles of time trying to find fanfiction on them. Just one great standout episode that really sticks to memory.

Wow Dax was totally my first girlcrush. I loved that character to pieces (Jadzia that is) and that eppy with Lenara was a great angsty shippy story. Yum on the kiss and yay for them going there.
