Not having the SCIFI channel sucks elephant balls!!!!

Painkiller Jane is like on RIGHT NOW and I'm like sitting here not frakking watching it because I don't have the SCIFI channel and that makes me le sad.

*dramatically stretches out my hand* Kris ... tanna ... *sob*

Ah, based on Headey's insane hotness in this picture I think that I'll pretty much spend the entire run of the show going 'mmm' and smiling happily, only I'll probably replace "Lena" with "Sarah" just to be a good fangirl.

But now that we've established that Lena Headey is hot and a picture of her looking angsty and concerned can turn me into a puddle of goo ... can anyone tell me why John looks like a hobbit? No seriously, Why does John look like he could fit in her back pocket? Maybe he's perched on a table or something, I don't know. I like his floppy hair, it's very Furlong John-ish.

Like for some reason, TV shows have this problem with casting kids that could plausibly have come from the same gene pool as their parents. Like especially if the mom is tallish, her kid(s) should be as tall or taller when they're teenagers.

But as long as Lena is on the show, all is forgiven. That is going to be one frakkin cool show.

Well, what weirds me out is that Thomas Dekker is like average height for a guy. He's around 5'10, so seeing him literally dwarfed by Lena while seemingly standing upright confuses and disturbs me. I mean, he's probably got his hands propped against a table or something, but it LOOKS like he's standing up, which makes the picture seem very strange.

But as long as Lena is on the show, all is forgiven. That is going to be one frakkin cool show.

As for why John looks like a hobbit? The hotness of Lena diminishes everything in its orbit. Anyone who can make me forget Gerard Butler is onscreen wearing nothing but a cape and a loincloth is the definition of supreme hotness.

I've finally seen it and you are SO right. Lokinator = so smokin' I almost can't stand it. And Jane/Mo were so an old married couple. So very very gay for each other. I loved that phone call between them, and the scene where Mo discovered that her boo was still alive not to mention Jane's crying scream when she thought her girl was dying. *dreamy twirl*

I think John's sitting on the edge of a table or something - from the position of his arms - rather than Lena being another of the giants. Speaking of, I hope the PJ downloads appear soon. Lena and Loken both appearing on my computer screen on a weekly basis, just might put a permanent grin on my face; I hope The SC Chronicles start soon.

Definitely watch when properly rested. You don't want to miss out on a moment of the hotness, the kicking ass, or the gay, all of which there is plenty of :D

still haven't watched it, but I watched 300 last night - yep, I am late. And I am really sorry to say it, but it was one of the worst films I have seen the last year or so. LH was beautiful and did a good job, but she is much better than that, and her part was tiny. I think the wolf had a bigger part ;)
She wasted her talent on this, but maybe it will give her the chance to do whatever she wants now....

I've finally got up with it! And you are so right. During Jane's first little talk about Maureen about how she wishes they'd done things her way, I was like "So gay". Then during the phone conversation about Jane being fired over drug charges, I was like "Old married couple!!! SOOO gay!". And then when Maureen was crying in Jane's apartment and Jane didn't even seem surprised to come home and find her there, I was like "NO! Now, that's REALLY gay!", and then by the time Jane's voice broke the psychic hold over Maureen, I was like "it really can't get any gayer without them being naked IN BED!"

Lena Headey has a nice ass. Well she has a nice everything, but especially a nice ass. I hope this show focuses on her ass as much as possible. I'm hoping for no less than 3 unnecessary ass shots an episode.
