...there is no other way to explain how they keep casting people that make me want to tune in and watch that shit. Last year it was the Lokinator and how it's Patricia Velasquez!

Patricia Velasquez (Arrested Development, The Mummy) has been cast in the fifth season of The L Word. Velasquez will play "Begoña," a character whose storyline includes the subject of immigration. She indicated that her character would be introduced at the end of the upcoming season and would later be developed into a main character if The L Word is renewed for a sixth season.

The only good thing about this is that it seems like I won't have to start watching until near the end of the season unlike the Paige storyline that caused me to watch and suffer through pretty much the whole season last year. I can't wait to see how the address the immigration plot line it's sure to be tasteful and well written *rolls eyes* But goddamn if Patricia is fine as hell, and gay too *swoons*

Well she is very pretty and she's a decent actress so therefore I know that she will suck because IC can not for the life of her write an engaging storyline that makes rational sense ie *Dana*. I don't know why but I think she'll end up hooking up with Tina or Alice. This show really is bad but JB is so very fine that I have to tune in. Free Bette! Free Bette Porter!

Oh I know. I'm sure that I'm going to end up hating her character at some point, because all IC knows how to write are insane, self-involved, annoying, assholes who piss me off. Some characters, and by some characters I mean Alice, have managed to survive 4 seasons without me hating them, but everyone else has been the subject of my loathing at some point. *sighs* God, I hate this show.

I don't know why but I think she'll end up hooking up with Tina or Alice.

Alice I could see her having good chemistry with, and because Alice is the only character I've consistently liked it would mean that I probably wouldn't want to claw my eyes out when Patricia is on screen if they hook up. It'll kind of suck though, because Alice's sex scenes are always played for laughs, and I want boobs pure sexy from Patricia

I know. JB's fine ass is the only reason I can stand Bette at all. Mostly I like to mute Bette and just look at her. Seriously, though, if JB wasn't so hot I wouldn't like Bette at all, but because she's smokin' hot I cut Bette way more slack than I would if she didn't make my eyes happy.
