Lindsey Haun will play Sookie’s cousin Hadley.
Lindsey Haun was born in Los Angeles, in 1984. She started acting when she was 3 in a Little Caesars commercial. She was in Desperate Rescue: The Cathy Mahone Story (1993) (TV) and from then on, started to doing many other movies. She did a Disney Channel original movie, The Color of Friendship (2000) (TV) in which her talent was really noticed and she became a Movie Surfer which, to this day, she still is.

Some very exciting things are happening for The Haun Solo Project so i thought i’d drop you a quick note to let you know!
First of all, True Blood! Sooooo… our guitar player, Sarah Carter, was on episode 2 of this season, season 2, with her other band Rocket!! The episode is called “Get This Party Started” and Rocket is the back up band for the Christian rock singer chick. it’s pretty funny… and kinda wrong actually… in a good way. But wait there’s more!!! I, Lindsey Haun, will be on the last 2 episodes of the season! well actually, technically, 3. We shot about 3 weeks ago and it was amazing! I LOVE Alan Ball and the directors i got to work with, Michael Cuesta and Daniel Minahan! The crew was so incredibly nice and professional and hard working. What a treat to be on that set! I can’t tell you much because i don’t want to give the story away but i can tell you that i play Hadley Hale, Sookie Stackhouse’s (Anna Paquin) cousin. I got to work with Stephen Moyer, Alexander Skarsgard, and drum roll please… Evan Rachel Wood. i can’t tell you who she plays but i can tell you that she’s awesome! They’re all awesome! Anyway, i really want to work with all of them again so please watch the show and tell them that you want me on it more! lol!

Also, I cannot wait for this movie to be released.
I've never read the book (I'm going to though!) but no lie, the trailers for this movie make me cry. I don't know what part of my brain they are tapping into, but the trailers for this movie are like two of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. There was a while after the teaser trailer came out that I had to watch it in order to go to sleep.

I have such amazingly fond memories of this book. My grandma had a copy in her home up until I was 16 and I read it at least once every single time I visited until it disappeared (she probably gave it away to one of the younger grandkids).
If the movie turns out amazing (which I'm desperately crossing my fingers for), then they did an amazing job because the book is a very short children's story. I can tell they really added a lot to it... but it so far I like everything they've done.

I wish I did. I don't know what it was, I know my mom read to me all the time, but it's like all of the 'classic' stories ever never got read to me or I've just completely forgotten them. Actually, knowing my memory I've probably just completely forgotten them. My memory sucks.

Yeah, with a Spike Jonze film I can totally believe that. "Wake Up" is just the most perfect song for the trailer and sets the mood perfectly. If the rest of the music in the film in as inspired it'll be awesome.
