Megan Fox will host the premiere episode of Saturday Night Live’s premiere on September 26th in New York City.
“Megan is psyched to have gotten this opportunity,” the insider tells Life & Style. “She has a lot of surprises in store for the audience. This is the perfect opportunity for her to show off her comedic skills, as she’s launching
her new movie Jennifer’s Body [on Sept. 18].”
Megan has been brushing up on her comedy by doing a digital short with funnyman Andy Samberg, the insider adds.

Excited?
I am. I mean, this does mean that I am going to have to watch an episode of SNL - which is a truly frightening idea. But, getting to stare at Megan Fox for 45 min., is a big incentive to put myself through such torture. And, since Megan is pretty naturally funny, she should manage to put on a good show (and since it's the first episode of the season, the writers will probably have put in their best work so the skits might actually be funny). Plus, there'll be a new digital short, and those are usually good comedy.

Date: 2009-08-22 06:13 am (UTC)If this happened, the amount of squee would be epic. My god, my mind boggles and my body quivers at the mere suggestion of it. The joygasm that would result from this being true would be magnificent and awesome to behold.
Of course, if Tina Fey is involved, you know at least that skit will be funny.
I think the shallow viewer will win out in me and I'll hope for Wilde. I just can't pass on the opportunity to see MegaWilde on screen!
