Julia ran in to break up the first fight between Erin and America just as Erin grabbed America's boobs... she knows America has a crush and that Erin gets frisky when drunk.

This to me, is fact. I noticed that too, and I was like, "oh, Julia. You've gotta go get your girl, she's got the drunk friskies going on!". Julia gives Erin a wide leash, but sometimes things go too far, even for her!
