- I'm am so glad that Denna got away scott free  again!  I want that fabulous bitch to come back again real soon!

- Denna and Cara's every interaction were perfect in every way.  I loved their bitchy verbal brawls.  Cara was having so much fun getting to be an unapologetically snarky bitch once again.  I love Cara when she's all smirky and snarky.

Tabrett's facial expressions were absolutely delicious.  She looked like she wanted to eat Denna up with a spoon and then go for seconds with extra agiel! 

And Jessica Marais was icy, gravelly voiced perfection once again.  I love how curvy she is.  Denna looks so soft and inviting, but she's also scary as hell.  It's a very fetching combination.  Also, Denna taking down people with a blow dart ... unf!

Honestly, Cara and Denna were like two glorious golden lions stalking each other. 

Denna:  Safe journey Cara.  I'll take good care of Richard.
Cara:  If he has so much as a scratch when I get back *fucking sexy ass smirk*  you'll be sorry.
Denna:  *fucking sexy look of anticipation*

The next time they meet up the sex is going to be AWESOME!  I mean, like one of them is going to need the 'breath of life' after! 

At the very least, the next time they meet there had better be an ageil 'interrogation scene'.  Because fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu, Jessica and Tabrett have pure animal sexual chemistry with each other.  Like they seem like they'd do it dirty and raw and that shit is hawt!

- It legit cracked me up when Kahlan was like, "I've lost you twice before ... I don't know if I could lose you again," cause that is something only a television character could say.  But I'm glad that Denee is back, and that Kahlan was so proud of her bb Cara putting it out there and apologizing even though she knew it would be rejected.  Kahlan was totally like, "That's my girl".  It was almost as dreamy as Kahlan taking the mother of all ninja drives into a fight to save her bb Cara from harm!

- Speaking of which, Cara defending Kahlan when Denna was talking about how Kahlan compromises Richard made my little heart patter.  Cara legit respects Kahlan and looks up to her - even though she wouldn't admit it to her face.  It's like she can make fun of Kahlan all she wants, but she'll agiel someone else in the balls if they look at Kahlan funny.

- This show should have Craig Horner take his shirt off more.  I really like looking at Craig Horner with his shirt off, so they should definitely do that more.  Oh, and definitely keep the low riding pants that dip down fetchingly during fight scenes.

- Random thought:  I don't know why, but it cracked me up when Denna looked so surprised/scared when the green spirit first came up from the under world, like she was thinking "Whoa, maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all!".  She's done it in the other episodes as well, and it's cracked me up every time.

- Is it awful that I kind of want Cara/Denee fic now, where Cara behaves like a naughty puppy begging for forgiveness from her mistress?  Cause the look she was giving Denee when apologizing was totally a sad puppy begging you to forgive it for tinkling on the rug, and when Denee hit her nose with a rolled up newspaper I felt so bad for Cara.

- Darken Rahl was having way to much fun with the possibility of getting to torture his naked half-brother for eternity. 

- If Cara doesn't get some action in the next whore house she goes to, I'mma a cut a bitch!  Cara looked like she was looking forward to relaxing at Denna's swinging pad when Richard cock-blocked her by telling her to go get Kahlan and Zedd.  Let Cara sleep with one of the pretty girls.  I'm pretty sure she wont' break them.  And if she does, they probably enjoyed it.  So get on that, k?

- Next weeks episode looks kickass.  Kahlan new fighting costume looks amazing!  The glimpses of it made me swoon a little.  I don't know why she gets a new fighting costume, but I'm looking forward to seeing it!

So I've been forcing myself to NOT see teh ghey on Legend, just because my shipper heart belongs to Richard/Kahlan. That lasted until this episode. Holy smokes there was girlies lusting after other girlies ALL over the freaking place. Tabrett does smoldering animal sexy eyes like a freaking pro. But the writing backed it up too, with the defending Kahlan's honor stuff. HAWT.

ummm, i just about 'wet me panties' during the fight scene. & while i'm queerer than black sunshine Richard w/o his shirt was kinda... tasty. totally excited that they brought Denna back & the sexual tension btw her and Cara was off the charts! i actually turned away from watching UCONN women's b-ball (& i'm an avid fan) to watch this episode! by the way this show is getting a lot of notice in Hollywood circles - even Steven Spielberg 'confesses' to being a fan. well i'm off to watch the Watchment for more leather/latex-wearing chicks! until next week!

I got as far as Denna putting on white leather and running a brothel before I went "so when does she join the Hellfire Club?" I mean, she was LITERALLY a White Queen for a while there! It's like Denna is Evil Bitch Emma and Cara is Good Bitch Emma, while Kahlan is Jean and Richard is Scott. Bridget Regan is even a natural redhead!

They totally missed an opportunity for Denna to have a "join me and help me 'train' hench-hookers' moment with Cara. Damnit, you're not a villain unless you try to seduce someone to the Dark Side! You know the kind of seduction I mean...

Yes, yes, yes. I loved when Cara was leaving to go find Kahlan and Denna comes along to try and stop her. Now I can't remember exactly what Cara said, but it was something about how the girls in the brothel were to brittle for her. And we all know Denna is anything but brittle. Too bad both women had their minds set solely towards their missions.

We can be awful together, because I wants! I don't know how the Amnell sisters can withstand vulnerable, puppy dog Cara., I just don't. Although it seems as though Kahlan's starting to weaken. It's only a matter of time.

This has to be one of my favourite episodes, even with the hammer-us-over-the-head true love shtick (if only the writers would employ subtlety the Richard/Kahlan relationship might actually be interesting).

I loved Cara's defence of Kahlan. I find it interesting that she is with Richard because he's Lord Rahl but she respects and trusts Kahlan because of her actions. Plus, you know, totally wanting to jump her bones.

Kahlan's dive was fantastic and I loved her look of 'Oh, isn't she sweet, I knew she had changed, which means it's okay to have secret lusty thoughts about her' to Cara after she'd apologised to her sister.

The Cara/Kahlan shipper in me danced merrily at this episode.

I felt a little sorry for Denee getting stuck with babysitting when you could tell she was itching to get out and kick some butt (mostly Cara's). So I hope they bring her back. Actually, they should have Denna use some magic mojo on her, then the two of them could team up against Cara and Kahlan, and we could have a Confessor/Mord'Sith dream teams grudge match.

Denna was her usual badass self and I get the feeling, now she knows Cara is travelling with them, that she'll employ some secret Mord'Sith ritual or other to turn Cara to her ways and seduce her to the white-leather side. I kind of wish they'd made Richard a little tempted by what was on offer, not to rock the Richard/Kahlan boat, but to show that he's a bit more human/feisty.

I think the Rahl boys should get to spend more time together, because they obviously have issues that need to be resolved *g*.

There's something about Richard's physique that puts me in mind of a little boy, which robs it of its power, whereas Darken Rahl's arms are rather gorgeous.

Oh man, it was so hard fighting the temptation to read this before I actually watched the episode. Stupid torrents taking forever!!

Cara defending Kahlan when Denna was talking about how Kahlan compromises Richard made my little heart patter.

OMG!! The loyalty both Cara and Kahlan showed to each other like made me swoon! Kahlan chose Cara OVER HER SISTER!! She was all 'like, I know she killed you and everything but me and Richard can't have sex and the *things* she can do with that agiel....'!

There's also the growing sense that Cara follows Richard out of duty but she follows Kahlan out of respect. And respect isn't something that comes easy from Kahlan. *sigh* It must be love.

I have to give it to the Casting Director for this show because I thought Bridget Regan would be the biggest find but Bethell has turned out to be just a big a find. I love how she plays Cara as this person who's broken and desperately wants to be fixed again. And how it was important that Denee know how sorry she was but she didn't expect forgiveness in return.

Heh, which is all my way of saying YES there should totally be contrite Cara/unforgiving Denee fic.. with the added bonus of spanking!

I really need to catch up with this series. >.< But I can't believe how different the series is from the novels (not that I'm complaining, Cara+Denna=rawr). As I recall, the books were also full of teh ghey ;) There was a Mord'sith couple who were absolutely my favourite characters. It made me quite sad when they were not included in the show. But I think the Cara/Denna action goes a long way towards making it up to me =) Great post, thanks for sharing.
