Summary:  Everything is a game to Jessica.

 ---

Everything was a game with Jessica, including the first time they kissed.

They had been in Jessica’s bedroom, the largest in the house.  Jessica had dragged Cassidy up to it earlier to perform an impromptu makeover, and though Cassidy hadn’t really felt there was anything about her that needed to be made over, she had agreed.  Arguing with Jessica was a strenuous activity and it was virtually impossible to win.  Cassidy had learned to pick her battles carefully, and she knew that this wasn’t going to make the cut.  If Jessica wanted to play with her hair for a little while and try a few different kinds of lip gloss out on her, Cassidy could live with it.

As Jessica had finished up with her hair, the blonde had gently run her fingers down Cassidy’s well-muscled arms, and then bending at the waist Jessica had placed her lips next to Cassidy’s ear and whispered, “Stand up so that we can get a good look at you.”

Cassidy obeyed, surprised to find that her limbs felt a little weak.  She was intensely aware of the heat emanating from Jessica’s body as the blonde remained behind her, pressed so closely against Cassidy that the brunette could feel Jessica’s full breasts against her back.

“It looks good,” Jessica said once Cassidy managed to turn herself around so that they were face to face.

Once they were facing each other there was no more bodily contact, and Cassidy was surprised at the feeling of loss that came over her.

“But,” Jessica drawled softly, a small, mischievous smile touching her lips as she did.  “To be honest, you always look good.”

Cassidy stared at the lovely blonde opposite her for a moment, and then turned her head to the side, breaking the eye contact between them as a self-conscious smile came to her face.

“Stop it,” Cassidy said finally, her gaze focused just left of Jessica as she spoke.

“Stop what?” Jessica asked with an innocence Cassidy knew the blonde hadn’t possessed in close to a decade.

“Teasing,” Cassidy responded, her back straightening with purpose as she made to move past Jessica.

She hadn’t really thought about it before, but she was pressed against the dresser, Jessica standing directly in front of her, and she was beginning to feel a bit claustrophobic.

“I wasn’t,” Jessica said moving with Cassidy, blocking her escape.

“Honestly, Cass,” the blonde continued, her voice dropping into an intimate purr, “you’re quite … exquisite.”

Cassidy couldn’t fight the urge to look at Jessica anymore after that and she angled her head to the side so that their eyes met once more.  To Cassidy’s surprise and dismay, the blonde’s expression was as earnest as her tone.

A look of confusion came over Cassidy’s face.  Her lips parted to speak, but her body was ahead of her brain, and she found that she hadn’t figured out what she wanted to say yet, so no sound came out.

Jessica smiled, a rare sweet smile, and a shiver ran through Cassidy’s body.

Pale fingers reached out for Cassidy then, and the brunette jumped a little at the feel of them touching her wrist.

Jessica’s smile grew at this, but it remained almost tender, and Cassidy found herself captivated by the blonde, unable – and at the moment – unwilling to move.

Slowly, Jessica’s fingers trailed up her arm, the gentle caress leaving goose-bumps all the way up Cassidy’s arm in its wake.

“Jess,” Cassidy managed to breathe out as the blonde’s thumb stroked the bare flesh of her shoulder.

“I love your body,” Jessica murmured in response.  Her fingers were trailing down Cassidy’s arm again, tracing the contours of her arms.  Jessica’s eyes were on her fingers as they moved, watching the way Cassidy’s arm twitched under her touch, the brunette doubted that the blonde even realized she had spoken.  “You’re so … tight,” Jessica whispered.  Her voice caught slightly on the last word, and Cassidy felt her stomach muscles clench at the sound of the blonde’s voice.

“Je…”

Jessica leaned forward and pressed her lips to Cassidy’s, silencing whatever it was the brunette.  One of Jessica’s hands drifted up to Cassidy’s face and gently cupped her jaw as her lips moved softly against Cassidy’s brushing, licking, and sucking until Cassidy couldn’t help but release a small moan and part her lips.

When Jessica finally pulled back from Cassidy’s lips ages later, the brunette’s eyes were closed, her lips were swollen and still parted in invitation, her heart was pounding madly beneath her breast and a dull throb had started between her legs.

When Cassidy’s dark eyes finally fluttered open, Jessica was standing before her watching her.  The blonde’s expression was smug and self-satisfied, but there was also a genuine affection in the small smile on Jessica’s face and Cassidy sighed.

Jessica’s smile grew a soft, slightly irritated exhalation and she reached out, brushing a strand of dark hair out of Cassidy’s face.

“I’m going to take a shower,” the blonde declared, drawing her hand back.

She turned on her heel and moved towards the closet at the side of the room.  Cassidy remained where she was, simply watching Jessica.  Her brain still wasn’t functioning at full capacity.  All she could think about was the press of Jessica’s body against hers and the heavenly feel of her lips.  She had never been kissed before like she’d just been kissed by Jessica and she wanted more.  But she was shaky and faint, she had been left quite breathless and so she leaned heavily against the dresser, watching as Jessica undressed in front of the closet.  She watched as more and more smooth flawless skin was revealed until Jessica was standing glorious naked before her.

And then it was gone.

Jessica reached for her robe and draped it over her body, then turned so that she was facing Cassidy again, regarding her with a thoughtful expression.

“That was an invitation by the way,” Jessica said, breaking the silence that had fallen before them.

Blue eyes held brown for a moment more and then Jessica sucked her bottom lip between her teeth and chewed on it wickedly as her eyes very obviously roamed up and down Cassidy’s body.

When Jessica’s eyes finally landed and stayed on Cassidy’s, the brunette lifted a questioning eyebrow at her.

“You’re not serious,” Cassidy said as Jessica calmly watched her.

Cassidy knew that Jessica had a game plan, the blonde had had her future mapped out by the time she was twelve and Cassidy doubted that college lesbian flings fit anywhere in Jessica’s master plan.

“Oh no?” Jessica shot back, her blue eyes flashing as she smirked at the other girl.  “Try me.”

With that, Jessica turned on her heel and headed for the door where she paused, and looked over her shoulder at Cassidy.

“I dare you,” Jessica breathed out wickedly, her eyes glittering with challenge as she regarded Cassidy.

Then she winked at the brunette and walked out the door.

Cassidy watched her until she disappeared from sight, her eyes eagerly drinking up the exaggerated sway in Jessica’s hips just – she was sure – as the blonde intended.

Cassidy smiled into the empty room and shook her head, then pushed away from the dresser and moved towards Jessica’s closet yanking out a spare bathrobe before she headed for the door as well.

She didn’t know exactly what Jessica was up to, but she was certain that it would be fun and that was good enough for her.  Jessica always had to win whatever she played at, but Cassidy was just in it for love of the game.

The End

Cassidy knew that Jessica had a game plan

Stupid game plan. To think if Jessica hadn't felt the need to get the perfect boyfriend, then Cassidy wouldn't have ended up with that psycho of hers. So yeah sure Megan would have still ended up dead, but at least everyone else could have survived and maybe Jessica and Cassidy could have made up. Look at me, trying to make more out of Sorority Row.

Really glad you ended up writing these two. They were the only reason I watched the movie.

To think if Jessica hadn't felt the need to get the perfect boyfriend, then Cassidy wouldn't have ended up with that psycho of hers.

So true. Almost all of the problems could have been avoided if she'd just stuck with her true feelings for Cassidy. I think Megan might have even stayed alive, because Cassidy could have used her feminine wiles to convince Jessica the joke was a bad idea.

Heh. You and me both. I understand you :D

Really glad you ended up writing these two. They were the only reason I watched the movie.

After watching it I just had to. They were the only things that got me through me it.
