 I don't know why tv is so gay this week, but I'm not complaining!

This weeks Warehouse 13 was full of Myka/H.G Wells goodness, and I'm sort of mad at the show because next week I'm not going to be able to see Jaime Murray and Joanne Kelly gay and awesome it up all over the place like they did this week.  Seriously, the Myka/H.G duo is dynamic as hell and I want more.

It was also super enjoyable to see Myka acting like an adult this episode. H.G brings out the competence in Myka which I enjoy.

Other stuff happened in this episode, like Myka flirted with a vet who likes Twizzlers, Artie hit on the Bionic Woman (who still looks great btw), Pete was a silly man-boy because that's what Pete does even though he's actually a grown ass man, Claudia was comically awkward and continues to act like she's never interacted with male before in all her 19 years of life, and Neve Campbell's brother showed up, but honestly this episode was all about Myka and H.G for me.

Ooh, and because this is very important information that the media should be alerted about:  my girl!crush on Jaime Murray is not back and in full effect.  Her turn as Lila on Dexter scarred me for a while, but damn if girlfriend wasn't full of dashing, swagger, charm and ridiculous good looks this week.

After HG pulled the trick with the grapling gun, Myka was pretty much humping her leg, lol.

I definitely think that HG was interested though. She was eyeballing the hell out of Myka all episode long, she was very impressed with herself when Myka swooned after the grapling gun trick, and she's the one leaving presents and cute little notes for Myka. Also, she looked very interested when Myka said that HG "served under her" and did everything Myka told her.

But to be sure, HG does come with a heaping of natural flirty swagger. I just think she would follow through with Myka!

Heh. The is pretty entertaining, but I must admit that the episode aren't usually as ghey as this one was. The presence of HG definitely upped the gay factor, but W13 is no Rizzoli and Isles

It is a sci-fi show, and I'd say worth a watch or two to see if you like it.

Oh man, the scene that cemented my HG/Myka love was the last one. You know, the one where they're talking and Myka's looking at HG's eyes and HG keeps staring.. AT MYKA'S LIPS!! ANd I love how HG was subtly pushing Myka's buttons all 'oh Myka, I want you to top me like circus under a tent'!

Mm, I LOVED that scene as well. There was something incredibly intimate about it that just poke, poke, poke'd at all things that make me squee. The grappling hook scene was great for swagger, but the last scene was the heart melter/panty dampener.

Oh, I know. THIS is a show I could have become obsessed over and loved with all of my heart. This is a show that could have filled the LotS sized crater in my heart. Unfortunately, this episode is not indicative of the general quality of the show. *sigh* Oh how beautiful it could have been. It makes me want to cry to think that Jaime Murray will likely not be made a regular character.

Honestly, this particular episode of the show is a lot better than most of the episodes. And that is due entirely to the fact that the female characters got to interact, and that HG Wells (aka Jaime Murray) was a guest star and an awesome one at that. There's usually a lot less grappling hooking lesbian cat burgular shenanigans.

That is sick and wrong! Her accent is golden. It's kind of like when I hear Rhona Mitra with an American accent. I'm like, "Why? Why would you do that entertainment industry? Why do you hate me? GIVE ME SEXY BRITISH GIRL ACCENTS!"

Heh! Yeah, Dexter was not a role that would have won Jaime many fans. She was really creepy in it. Luckily I loved from before that debacle so I just needed a project to erase the horror of Lila from my mind, lol

That was was the first time I saw Jaime, and I admit I liked her. The character can be creepy, yes, but I was still impressed by the delivery. Ok I admit I might've liked the character too. The true darker aspects of human nature fascinate me. I never understood people who said they hated her.

lol, they've presented Claudia as so clueless about most human interactions that she probably didn't notice. But a line like, "Flirting later, getting me out of this tub of nice now" or something would have been hilarious ... and, you know, accurate, lol

This was probably the episode of the show that I liked the most, so I really want H.G. to be showing up again ... a lot. She's fun without being stupid (yeah, I'm looking at you Pete!). And of course, the muy caliente sexual chemistry with Myka didn't hurt either ;)

Sadly, I'm convinced that the fact that I love her so much and want her back on the show means that this will be the last we've seen of her for the season :(

This was definitely the best episode by far. I think it's the only one I've watched multiple times.

I really liked the energy Jaime Murray brought to the screen, and it was nice seeing Myka and Claudia out on an adventure as well. Plus, the fact that every one I like was in one storyline makes fastforwarding through the Pete and Artie scenes so much easier (I liked Pete a lot in Season 1, but I've been finding him WAY too silly this season).

Even though I know it's not likely I'm hoping that H.G. will become a recurring character or even a regular.

I am just catching up on S2 of Warehouse 13, but OMG.
the first meeting of them was full of slash, and I so hope that it will continue. and that they won't kill HG Wells, and that there will be a lot of femslash....

and yes, I do realize that it is utterly lame to spend my vaca catching up on tv shows, but hey... why the fuck not?
