“Camero, listen to me!”

Hel spoke quickly and with frustration, but Camero simply continue to rant and swear.

“Camero!” Hel yelled.

Nothing.

“Camero!”

Still nothing but an endless stream of profanity.

Camero wanted discipline, probably craved it, but given her sociopathy the only place she could find that was in someone else.

Still staring into Camero’s eyes, her gaze steady and remote, Hel drew her hand back and brought it down across Camero’s breast again, and despite herself, Camero’s eyelashes fluttered and her lips parted slightly – as if she wished to make a sound but wasn’t quite ready yet to give Hel the satisfaction. That was fine with Hel though, she never shied away from a bit of hard work.

I loved the hell out of that movie, but this is the only things I've been able to write for it. It gave us too much! lol

So true. People probably aren't too compelled to write fics for this movie simply because it's a case of "Why need to write a story when the canon already gave us what we want?"

Like, other than Lost Girl, I don't think I've ever written fic for a show where the hot girls were canonically together (well, Lost Girl and Warehouse 13 ;)

Never seen Warehouse 13 before, it has canon gay women? Is one of them played by Jamie Murray by any chance? Also would you recommend it? Where does it rank in comparison to Lost Girl?

Exactly. It's hard to right fics for movies where you get the f/f pairing and an ending you like (though, Bitch Slap didn't have an ending I liked, the ending it did have screwed with things enough that post-movie fic is difficult)

Never seen Warehouse 13 before, it has canon gay women? Is one of them played by Jamie Murray by any chance?

Myka and HG (Jaime Murray) are about as gay as it can get without them actually having made out on screen.

Joanne Kelly (Myka) has recently said in interviews that Myka and HG fell a bit in love with each other throughout season 2 AND she said that if Myka has a love interest at the moment that it's HG. Plus, Jaime has also commented that the sexual tension in their scenes was something that was done deliberately.

So, basically the actresses are acting it as one big lesbian love story, and the writers have written a very emotional storyline for them that is basically a tragic romance as well.

So, yeah, Myka/HG is kind of my jam, right now. Seriously, watch 2x07 and you will fall madly in love with them.

Also would you recommend it? Where does it rank in comparison to Lost Girl?

The show is very different in tone to Lost Girl, it's very light and funny and silly most of the time (though it does have it's serious moments). I would say Warehouse 13's tone is most like the "Kappa, My Kappa" (1x03) episode of Lost Girl or maybe the arachnophobia episode.

I think it's a fun show, and it doesn't piss me off nearly as much as Lost Girl ended up pissing me off.

If you're mostly interested in the Myka/HG romance though, HG doesn't appear til the second season. Episodes 2.01, 2.07, 2.09 - 2.12, and 3.01 would be the ones you'd want to watch.

Is it wrong that I liked the ending to Bitch Slap? Since Trixie turned out to be the villain, I thought it was more appropriate no one actually got together.

Then again I think I'm kind of bias since Trixie's true nature sort of sparked some new ideas for me post movie.

I might give Warehouse 13 a try soon then. Find it kind of funny that Jamie's character is named HG Wells. Are either of the two characters as cool as Lauren Lewis aka Dr. Hot Pants?

Also speaking of Lost Girl, here's hoping Michelle Lovretta is not as stupid as Kim Harrison. I don't really care if Dr. Lauren and Bo gets together, just don't shove the good doc to the side okay Michelle?

You know you're going to be pissing people off if the pattern repeats especially since polls usually have 2/3 of people voting in favour of Dr. Lauren over Dyson. Though Zoie Palmer getting upgraded to full time cast in S2 seems promising enough.

Is it wrong that I liked the ending to Bitch Slap?

I liked the end of Bitch Slap actually, I totally didn't see it coming, so it was a nice surprise. It just sucked for me fic wise because I LOVED Hel/Trixie, and the Pinky reveal just basically eradicated the whole dynamic between Hel and Trixie that I loved. Hel hit my fierce protector fetish so hard, and learning that she was played broke my heart almost as much as it broke hers.

I might give Warehouse 13 a try soon then.

H.G. is totally a Dr. Hot Pants. Bascially H.G. owns everything when she's on screen, just like Lauren. H.G. gets more screen-time and more development than Lauren did in S1 too.

Myka would be the Bo, in this pairing, but Myka is not a super-douche like Bo though which is nice. Myka fights for her woman!

God, me too. The first season of Lost Girl kind of mirrors how I feel about Kim's books. Loved it at first, then grew to hate it. Fortunately, Lost Girl won me over a little bit with the finale, so I'm hoping the show will be able to do what KH failed to, and I'll fall in love with it again.

On a positive note, people that were at the Lost Girl panel at Comic-Con seemed to be encouraged by what was said there in regards to Bo/Lauren development.

I'm just gonna wait and see, but I hope the show really has addressed the issues that I hated last season and that it gets back to awesome potential it had. And lots of Lauren will definitely help with that!

Okay I could see where you're coming from in regards to Trixie and Hel if that was the case.

Though I would see it like this. Where one door closes, another one opens. In this case while the dynamic between those two been wiped out, a new dynamic to Trixie is now present, and quite frankly I'm more fond of villain Trixie.

And again it sort of sparked my own ideas that involves Trixie joining a certain organization and embracing her villain side. I even have a pairing for villain Trixie with a character I think makes a excellent match for her. Interestingly I didn't even have to change canon for the other woman outside a few small tweaks.

The first season of Lost Girl kind of mirrors how I feel about Kim's books.

When I got into Lost Girl a few months ago and went back to read your reviews, your reaction towards the progression of the season made me instantly think of Hollows. Not only did the reaction mirrored it, but so does the series in general. What are the odds they're both going to be supernatural themed settings with a supernatural bi lead that's involved in a "triangle", and the lesbian is the only character who seems to be consistantly good? I'm sure there's more similarities, but since I don't read the Hollows I wouldn't know them.

Nothing worse than getting invested in something that had tons of potential only to see it become a rotting cesspool.

As long as S2 has lots of Lauren, she stays 100% gay, and they don't find some ridiculous way to wreck her character (hey Zoie managed to make her consistently likable throughout S1, so that's a sign it will take a lot to wreck her), S2 to will be a vast improvement.

Oh and it doesn't matter if Michelle improves the relationship between Lauren and Bo, I'll still ship Lauren and Jayma Mays for years to come.
