Bo is a runner.  We know that.  She ran away from home.  She ran from city to city.  In season one she ran from Lauren when Lauren hurt her feelings.  She was about to run when Kyle’s sister showed up.  Historically, when the going gets tough, Bo gets going!

Which, in a strange way, is why I’m kind of really okay with  the current storyline with Lauren (even though there isn’t much Doccubus making out).  I'm liking it because Bo is sticking it out!  No one can deny that the situation Bo and Lauren are in right now is frakking uncomfortable.  It is a ginormous cluster-frak.  Everything is so awkward.  One of them is always doing or saying something that makes the other extremely uncomfortable.  As a viewer you sometimes want to look away from the screen because you can’t even … but Bo, Bo, is sticking it out.

No matter how strained and undefined things are between her and Lauren right now, Bo is standing by her Hot Pants and toughing it out - which given Bo’s personality speaks volumes about her feelings for Lauren.  Instead of the writers hack-eyed dialogue and Kenzi the Exposition Fairy sprinkling Byson dust all over the place, in this storyline I actually see Bo displaying mature love for Lauren.

The awkward as hell "I absolutely love you" scene from "Raging Fae" really exemplified this.  I was like cringing, but as Bo just sat there looking at Lauren with those big, sad puppy eyes and let Lauren feel up her bruised-ass face for like two minutes for mentioning that it hurt, I was also hardcore swooning.

Bo's dedication to Lauren through this situation and her unwavering support make this situation really romantic to me even though it’s awkward as hell.  I’m just, I sometimes can’t even stay looking at the screen when they’re being all awkwardly smitten with other, but I also never want it to end!

You're tempting me to start watching again for the the Bo/Lauren pairing. Stopped after it became Dyson show. Glad to hear it is evolving.:D

Incidentally, don't know if you know this, but Anna Silk also played Cassidy, a hot lesbian chic, in a couple episodes of Being Erica. The woman really pulls off leather well. :)
