Oh, brilliant. I've been insanely busy with my new job, and I don't have much time now either, but I love this. You write Pam/Tara so well. I don't care for them that much in the show, but you make me like them. My dear, you are simply a mistress of writing (though I'll always miss Salome/Nora... or Nora/anywoman, really). This was beautifully done, both writing-wise, character-wise and relationship-wise. What's next, do you think?

Even though it's keeping you busy, I hope the new job is going well! I'm glad that I was able to provide a little reading for you when you found a moment to yourself :)

Have you seen the finale (and the bonus scene)? Those two things really made Pam/Tara go from something I like to something I loved. The show added in some romance with the sexual chemistry and now Tamela owns me ;)

I will miss the bits and pieces of Salome/Nora we got this season though. It was nice that the show at least gave us a kiss between them to confirm that yes they had been lovers over the years, but of course they then broke my heart. At least it seems like Nora's going to continue being a raging gay if her behavior in the finale is anything to go by. Now that Pam has Tara to flirt with (and do other things with), I would love it if Nora took over having moments of 'lesbian weirdness' with Sookie!

I've got at least one short little fun Pam/Tara piece I'm gonna post today (based on Jessica's vlog's), and I just wrote a Ysandre/Phedre piece for the fourth annual femslash kink meme, which should also be up today, so I hope you'll enjoy that one!

No! And it is unfair. But I have some time this weekend, and hopefully it will be enough for me to watch the finale and bonus scene. But Pam and Tara had tons of potential before that, so this promises to be excellent. And Nora/Sookie sounds awesome. We shall see, I suppose.

So... what's going on with the Phedre/Ysandre fic? Is it up? Because it's not on your journal.

Oh, did you hear that Maria Sharapova broke up with her fiance? It's excellent news! And seeing how beautiful she is the US Open... oh, it brought so much sweet shipping moments back. We really should return to that...

Oh, and Mating Rituals was brilliant. I loved seeing the relationship from a different, outside perspective, and Jessica was so.. not exactly cute, but adorable, maybe? Adorkable? I don't know, but the way she talked about their relationship was very well done.

I hope that you get some free time to watch! The finale is amazing. The Pam/Tara potential is realized in the most amazing and romantic way, and the Sookie/Nora interaction is pretty cute.

I hadn't heard that Sharapova broke up with her fiance. I miss the good old days of Sharapova/Bell shipping! They were so cute together. Maybe they'll even reunite now and we'll get some more sexy adorableness from them!

I'm so glad you liked 'Mating Rituals'! Writing that was really fun. Jessica's attitude towards Tamela is just such a joy to watch and fic. Jessica's fangirling has made me love her so much more lol

Well, I'm hoping to finally have the time to watch it tonight... here's to hoping, right? I'm sure it's as good as you say.

Oh, that was beautiful. It wasn't as hot as it could have been, but that was because you got the characterization down pat. Ysandre is hesitant about doing this to Phedre, and doing it to general, so obviously it'll be a lot slower and more permissive than it is with Melisande, for example. But you got their characters down perfectly, as I wrote, and the interactions between them as well - Queen and Noble, excellent friends and now lovers.

I am totally praying for that. Sharapova looked beautiful recently in both the Olympics and the US Open, and I'd love to see them together. Did you know she has a new candy line? Sugarpova - it looks brilliant.
