"Hey guys. Makin' some tea?"

Okay, so I just watched the L Word 3x08, cause I'm really not sure that I like the show that much so I just catch up on episodes when I'm extremely bored. But when it wasn't horrible painful and full of angst (i.e. whenever Bette wasn't on screen), this episode actually had some good comedy.

Hightlights below:

Carmen: "I had this dream that we were inside of Wax, but it was, like, really trippy, and there were all these like, paintings that were floating around, and you were there and I was there and there was this lady... it was Cherie. It was Cherie Jaffe. You were giving a tattoo to Cherie Jaffe. Like the one that we have that's on the back of our necks. Why did you do that?"
Shane: "Do what?"
Carmen: "Give her a tattoo."
Shane: "I didn't."
Carmen: "That was something that's really sacred to us. That's just between us."
Shane: "But I, I didn't give a ta--"
Carmen: "Goddammit, Shane, that's so fucked up."

LOL. Awwww, poor Shane, she was so cute in that scene all befuddled and shit. Carmen brought the crazy like 'whoa' and I dug it.

Shane: "I'm in the shithouse. Carmen had a dream in which I gave Cherie Jaffe a fucking tattoo."
Alice: "Yeah, I've had that happen. I had this girl who dreamt that I fucked David Schwimmer."
Shane: [silent; stares]
Alice: "Well, Friends was on a lot."
Dana: "You know, Al, actually, when we were going out, I had a dream you were a midget. But I wasn't mad at you or anything."

First of all, I now love the phrase 'shithouse'. Second of all, befuddled Shane is TOO cute, all pouty cause she hates being in the shithouse. Also, *sigh* Dana. So cute. "I wasn't mad at you or anything" had perfect delivery.

But this one right here takes the cake!

Carmen: "Okay. Not only did you give Cherie Jaffe a tattoo, but there was a scary-looking, like, bird that kept flying around, right, and at one point, it was screaming your name, it was like Shane, Shane, hello Shane, and you sprouted wings and you flew off with the bird. Okay? That is unacceptable. Nuh-uh. No."

Seriously, I like Wacky!Carmen, she's a trip.

Alice: Latin women. Caliente.

Alice, you were being sarcastic but truer words were never spoken.


So, this concludes my completely useless post on how even though it kinda sucks TLW is still kinda funny ... rarely. Oh, and Carmen is hot.

But it was funny though

She told shane about the dream and shane got this look on her face which was like 'wtf?!' lol

*sigh* I do like shane and carmen together though, i hope they get back together soon
