Okay, so I know it's been a ridiculously long time since I have updated this story ... I think probably going on a year now and you have my profuse apologies for that. I could just couldn't figure out an ending to the story that I was happy with, and was waffling back on forth on a number of ideas and then - because I have the attention span of a blueberry scone - I got distracted by other things *cough* Blackcest *cough* Waldsen *cough* and this story kind of fell through the cracks.

I hate having unfinished fic out there though, so I went back to my original ending with a little tweaking and ... here it is. So ... now back to our long delayed scheduled story ...
