Everyone on the internet has already expressed how awesome and super gay "Desecrated" was, and what a dashing wooby Cara is and how perfect, and wonderful and gay the two of them are together.
But for me, the best thing about the episode was Bridget Regan's arms!

In addition to Bridget Regan's arms, I'm also currently obsessed with Pretty Little Liars series by Sara Shepard.
Synopsis: (Book #1 Pretty Little Liars) Everyone has something to hide—especially high school juniors Spencer, Aria, Emily, and Hanna. Spencer covets her sister's boyfriend. Aria's fantasizing about her English teacher. Emily's crushing on the new girl at school. Hanna uses some ugly tricks to stay beautiful.
