So my cold is coming back with a vengence and I've been feeling like baboons ass all day, I sound like a drag-queen phone-sex operator, but my friends today is a good day ...

*drool*

The wife-beater ... the bad-ass pose ... the pouty lips blowing smoke ... the coal rimmed bedroom eyes ... the ... the sex, ladies and gentlemen, she is the sex.

Excerpted from The Advocate January 30, 2007 (advocate.com)
A couple of months ago Kristanna Loken was known primarily as the stunning-looking robot who nearly terminated Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines and as the lusty, revengeful vampire in BloodRayne. She was also on our radar for her role in the newly begun season of The L Word.

That was before she subtly let slip to me that she and BloodRayne costar Michelle Rodriguez were more than just friends. Now newspaper columnists and the blogosphere have transformed her into something else. Forget Portia and Ellen, Melissa and Tammy Lynn, Rosie and Kelli: Kristanna is suddenly half of the hottest celesbian couple in the land.

But we’ll return to Lokuez (Kristelle? Michanna?) later [annoying interjection - silly Advocate people, everyone knows the Loken/Rodriguez pairing is 'Krishelle']. A revelation of that sort wasn’t what I had in mind when I arrived at Loken’s homey two-story house in Burbank, Calif., on the morning after Halloween to talk about The L Word. The 27-year-old actress answered the door in a towel, fresh out of the shower. Having wet hair and wearing no makeup—nor almost anything else—only enhanced Loken’s 5-foot-11 Nordic good looks. Combined with her unaffected personality, it was impossible not to like her immediately.

Oh, man now I really wanna see that all female remake of A Streetcar Named Desire. I think it would be the awesomest awesome, I can picture her yelling for Stella, and we can only hope that there would be a wife beater ripping scene ... in the rain no less, lol.

I know! I kinda want this weeks episode to just be OVER already so that we can get to it.

I see we're on the same wavelength here. The Advocate's photographer must totally have been thinking about Marlon Brando when shooting this pic. It's brilliant.
Now I just need some director to get a clue and hire Kris for the all female version of ASND. Kris makes girl sex seem like a species imperative, lol.

We're like all up in each others mental minds!

Kris makes girl sex seem like a species imperative, lol.

LOL! I love it cause it's true. You see her, and you're just like "there has to be girl sex, there HAS to be! Right now!"

That's why ep. 4 of the TLW has to hurry up and get here, because I feel like I'm about to wither away without seeing Kris girl-mackage!

Girl/girl action is the one thing we can count on from TLW. *happy sigh*

That's pretty much the only thing that's keeping it on the air. Everyone's like yeah, the writing sucks, the characters are crazy, unrelatable, spontaneously change personality and in some cases are just plain unlikeable, oh, and the music sucks ... but, it's the only show on the air in North America where you regularly get to see girls making out/sexin' each other without them getting a boyfriend the next episode (except for you know Tina, lol).

So all of those things will probably still be true about it, but I'll be there for the girl-kissing -like always- I'll just enjoy it even more because it's Kris :D

I'm always surprised when I hear that some people actually like the show, and it's usually straight women too.
I did finally watch last week's episode. It was nice to see Bette not being a total bitch. I kind of liked her during the first season when she was all pwning the people at the CAC. I just hope this is not the lull before the annoying personality disorders strike again.
